Terms

The terms for using this site.

Plain terms for the website. The consignment note, not this page, governs the movement of your goods.

Last updated 9 September 2026

Who this is with

The agreement is with UCL Express.

These terms cover your use of uclexpress.in, which is run by UCL Express Private Limited, CIN U49230HR2025PTC130973, registered at Unit M-708, Orchard Avenue-2, Sector 93, Garhi Harsaru, Gurugram, Haryana 122505.

By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.

Scope

The website, not the carriage.

These terms are about the website only.

The agreement for actually moving your goods is a separate thing. It is set out on the consignment note issued when the shipment is booked, along with anything else agreed in writing with your branch or account manager. Where these website terms and the consignment note say different things about a shipment, the consignment note governs.

Quotes and bookings

A form is a request, not a confirmed booking.

Every form on this site sends us a request. It is not a confirmed booking and it is not a contract.

A rate becomes a rate once we confirm it to you. A pickup becomes a pickup once we confirm the slot. Until then, nothing on this site commits either of us to a shipment.

Figures shown on the site about the network, such as the number of cities, branches, pincodes or countries, describe the network in general. They are not a promise about any particular consignment.

Tracking

What the tracking screen is, and what it is not.

The tracking screen reads from the UCL Express operating system and shows what has been recorded against your consignment number at that moment.

It updates when a branch or a hub records a movement, so there can be a gap between something happening and it appearing on screen. Any expected date shown is an estimate, not a guarantee.

Where it matters, the consignment note and the signed proof of delivery are the record, not the screen.

Please look up only consignments that are yours.

Using the site

Fair use, plainly stated.

You are welcome to use this site to learn about our services, get a quote, book a pickup and track your own consignments. Please do not:

  • Send automated traffic at the site or at the tracking lookup, or try to work through consignment numbers in bulk.
  • Try to get around any limit, block or security measure on the site.
  • Copy the site, its text, its photographs, its video or its layout for another business.
  • Use the site to send anything unlawful, or to pretend to be someone else.
What belongs to whom

The site and the brand.

The UCL Express name, the logo, and the text, photographs, video, drawings and layout on this site belong to UCL Express Private Limited or are used by us with permission. Please do not reuse them without asking us first.

Company names and marks shown on the customer wall belong to those companies and appear only to show who we work with.

Other websites

Links that take you elsewhere.

The site links to the UCL Express customer portal and, if you tap them, to WhatsApp and your phone dialler. Once you leave this site you are on someone else's, under their terms, and we do not control what happens there.

Availability

We keep it up, but we cannot promise perfection.

We work to keep the site available and correct. We cannot promise it will never be down, never be slow, or never contain a mistake. Hosting, networks and third parties all fail sometimes.

If something on this site looks wrong, tell us and we will fix it.

Liability

What we are and are not responsible for.

We are responsible for the site and for the service we agree to provide you. Nothing here limits any liability that Indian law does not allow us to limit, including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Beyond that, we are not liable for loss you suffer because the website itself was unavailable, slow, or showed information that had not yet been updated. Liability for a shipment is dealt with by the consignment note and by the law that applies to carriage, not by this page.

Law

Indian law, Gurugram courts.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Gurugram, Haryana have jurisdiction over any dispute about them, and both sides agree to that.

Changes

When these change, the date changes.

We may update these terms as the site changes. The date at the top of this page always shows when they were last changed, and using the site after that means you accept the updated version. This version was last updated on 9 September 2026.
